Private competition for new visual identity of small theatre A studio Rubín, which is located in Malá Strana in Prague and also contains bar, coffee and small concerts.
Cooperation with Karla Gondeková in the school studio GD2 FAD JEPU, 2018.

The visual identity is inspired by new concept of the theatre, that focuses on its own's authors texts. We were inspired by the structure of the screenplays as a main motive. That can be seen in new logotype, where we redesign the letter "r" and colon (:) from Neutrif Studio font family. The "r" can be used as a standalone symbol, but should be never used alone without explanation. The posters for new and upcoming plays are using small parts of screenplay text to better present the play to viewers.
The background used in posters reflect two things: new focus on intimacy and space of the theatre, which is very small. Specific posters are using details are hand in hand connected to the topic – for example human body or details of things, like in play called "Královná duchů" (Ghost queen) where we used raw meat and lace.
Everything is printed in black and white on colourful papers, to push the prices of the print down as much as possible, which was one of the client’s request, but also because it's ecological.
